As other reviewers mentioned, you can feel the larger grind with this flour, similar to cornmeal in baked goods. I really like that. The bag is attractive, the flour is fresh, the product works great in my usual recipes. Most often I make waffles with this flour and a 2-ingredient rice flour porridge. I bought this brand when my usual Organic Bob's was sold out and am very happy with it. It's a good size bag, and I'll purchase again. SO happy that I can get organic rice flour from more than one source.
