My husband had a stroke in July that left him paralyzed on the right side. He is right handed so he has to try and eat with his left hand. When he sat at the table he would drop food on the floor because he couldn't get up to the table close enough. I purchased this tray and it fit onto his wheelchair perfect. It keeps all the food he drop on the tray. It is easy to strap the straps around the arms on the wheelchair. I would definitely recommend this.
