I bought this in February 2025 and use it quite a bit. The Sonoran Desert does a job on my heels all year long. I struggled to get ahead of the dry hard skin and if I slacked off they would crack and its painful (use colloidal bandages if this happens to you - they seem to support the skin so it does not hurt to walk, and in a few days the crack has closed up). I was concerned a grinder would remove too much callous, but this tool is gentle and effective. I use it on dry feet a couple times a week (while watching TV) and my feet are smooth and kinda good-lookin' Who knew it would be this easy.BTW I just changed the batteries. It's super easy - just pull off the cap on the bottom of the handle. It fits very snug so use your muscles.Add 40 Percent Urea Cream to your routine and you will have the feet of a baby! (almost)
