Assi Brand Pho Instant Vietnamese Noodle Soup (Pack of 6)

Very tasty. The salt level shown in the analysis photo currently on Amazon (1/18/2018) does not match what I was shipped. My received Pho, the analysis label shows a whopping 78% of daily sodium. Which does not surprise me, I had purchased this elsewhere before.I add steamed vegetables to it and end up eating half a package at a time (I share the rest with my sweetie). I also sometimes stir fry & add tofu or tempeh so, once I do that, I end with a more healthy meal. Also, we doctor this with chopped green onions and/or fresh cilantro on occasion, or with fresh basil leaves from the garden when in season.In short, it's high salt but God It Tastes Good! What a way to go! LOLP.S. note I got started on this Pho when I found it at a local surplus grocery outlet chain. I wanted more and wanted to have a steady supply so I turned to Amazon.P.P.S. I have this THEORY (just a personal theory, speculation...) that there are two (2) versions of this Pho - the "American" version which is formulated to appear more healthy and the gutsy original Made for South Korea version which has a recipe formulated more devil-may-care / hedonistic re salt and MSG. I say this because I have read of Pho and Ramen manufacturers doing this on Ramen review websites. But, like I said, I my high salt (78%) formulation version tastes great. Just make it an occasional guilty pleasure on a cold day and you'll be OK.No it's not "real" Pho. Real Pho is a heavenly edible art form. This is not bad for when you are trapped at work or home can't get out.
