EXCELENT HOT SAUCE! This is a very unique flavored chipotle sauce. It is a little thick and smooth in texture. The flavor is robust and a little earthy with a clean hint of sweetness. It is not very hot but does have a nice even heat. Now stick with me, it has a lot of smoke without being the least bit "smokey". No residual smoke whatsoever.Bottle cap was broken and leaking even though it was wrapped quite well. It obvious that the Amazon delivery person caused the damage and that they threw the package far enough and/or hard enough when it arrived at my house because it was clear that it had just started leaking. Amazon and seller offer no refund/or replacement. Jeff Bezos desperately needs my $7.50 for his 500mm sailboat.
