I love the product and have ordered it three times (6.6 oz. size). The first two orders came in perfect condition and the third one arrived in bubble wrap in a box. It appears that the plastic seal on the container popped open and had spilled out of the bubble wrap and the plastic container itself. I lost about a cup of gochujang. Since it is unreturnable I decided to keep it and use it. Keep my fingers crossed because I’m really taking a chance. I emailed the company and let them know what happened to the shipment so that they could improve their method of shipping and have received no reply AT ALL. I wasn’t even asking for a refund……NO REPLY. I later found out that I could have asked for refund or replacement but I had already cleaned it up and had not taken a photo.To Amazon: the post for this product actually says that the product is returnable until you scroll on it further and it THEN mentions that it is UNRETURNABLE. Can that note please be changed to: RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE ONLY IF DAMAGED; OTHERWISE UNRETURNABLE? Also the company is not email/customer friendly.
