Recent User Experience

Easy to make. Follow the instructions precisely. Any good cooking oil works, sesame, olive oil, etc that is compatible with your recipe. To eat them plain, I use butter and some salt. They are very good. Clear when cooked and somewhat on the side of gray, so if that bothers you, add some colorant to the cooking water (1 drop only of yellow food dye, turmeric, paprika etc). It doesn't bother me, and I admit to being picky about my food. They are very fine so I can't use my colander with big holes, no problem, just use a mesh colander. One package makes 4 moderate aka normal size servings when you also have a normal amount of hearty sauce for them. To eat a big bowl plain, one package will serve 2. The noodles are short so I just cook them in my 12 inch Lodge cast iron skillet - easier. They are compatible with all pasta recipes that I have tried so far, including red tomato spaghetti sauce with meat, Alfredo, cauliflower cheese, pesto, as a base for sauteed fish, beef and noodles, sour cream based sauces, mushroom cream, and cold in a salad. I follow paleo, keto, anti-inflammatory and mostly Plant Paradox aka Low Lectin. These are tasty, fast, pesticide free, easy, and act like "real" pasta. Haha, they ARE real pasta, just pasta made from something other than wheat. I doubt if you'll be disappointed. I wasn't. I am an experienced home cook and am picky about food quality. Enjoy!
