This chili oil is great for spicing up Chinese dishes -- especially Szechuan or Hunan dishes. It has a nice balance of oil and flakes. It is not crunchy, which is why I like it. It is a great ingredient with soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil for a dumpling dip. It is also great as a spicier dip just mixed with rice vinegar or Chinese black vinegar. It is my favorite brand
