I absolutely LOVE this stuff. It’s quite hot. Perhaps too hot for many people, but I love it on everything. Not too much vinegar or too salty like with Tabasco.Great on Mexican food of course, but also on eggs and omelets, baked potatoes, mixed in sour cream for dipping. I add it to my “off the rack” tostitos medium salsa for a little extra kick because I can rarely find their habanero version, which is quite nice.Highly recommended. I go through about a bottle a month so it’s nice Amazon has it. It’s Tricky to find locally in Ohio.
