Such a good quality flour! You get 3 in a pack so it’s not a bad price. I used one pack for 3 diced chicken breasts to make prik pao. I think it would be good to follow the directions (they have English & Thai directions) on the back for a wet batter but I just did a dry batter and shallow fried the chicken. It turned out great! There is a smell to it very unlike normal flour but other than that a 10/10 product.
