It seems impossible to find whole, dry peas in the stores I frequent, so I was pleased to find these online. I'm growing pea shoots, or pea microgreens with them. I've raised 3 batches so far, and they are SO GOOD! They are also quite easy to grow. I'm using sprouting trays I bought from Amazon. Half a cup of dried peas turns into a big pile of fresh, sweet, yummy microgreens! There is also a pile of pea shoot roots and the remaining husks, which I throw into the compost in my back yard.Note: I'm not quite sure if I would feel these peas are good value for the money if I were using them for soup, or otherwise cooking the peas themselves. They might seem a bit dear for that use.
