This miso soup is amazing. I've been sick the last few days and I've had this in my pantry. I always "crave" miso soup when I'm sick & this miso is the same flavor wise or even better than the ones served in restaurants. One big thing I loved was the deeper miso flavor. Usually in restaurants I add a little soy sauce to the miso, I did not to this. Plus it uses miso paste vs powder. When I made it, the miso complexity seemed stronger possibly from using a different miso paste than in my local Asian restaurants.
