While I normally buy organic nori, I decided to give these seaweed sheets a try for sushi. They were a better value for the money compared to what I normally buy and were of good quality. They were not as fresh as what I normally buy, seeming a bit stiffer, but the taste was still good. They didn't break, though, when I was rolling up my sushi, so that makes it alright in my book. I did think they tasted a bit saltier than most other brands I have tried, but it didn't cause any issues with my vegetarian sushi. Will buy again!
