Crutches were perfect! Arrived wrapped in plastic in a sturdy box. For my height of 5’2”, I adjusted the crutches to the shortest setting after carefully reading the instructions included on how to adjust & walk using them. When adjusted & used properly, the arm rest padding is more than adequate since you should not be putting any weight when walking on the arm rests. Your weight should only be on the hand grips which are nicely padded & do not hurt the hands. Very sturdy & easy to adjust if necessary. Good price point also. Would highly recommend.
