UPDATE: I re-ordered another jar and it tastes wonderful. I will continue to use this on a daily basis. I've used other products from ISHA over time which helped improve my overall health.Unfortunately the jar's vacuum seal had been broken in transit despite that it had a clear platic wrapping on the lid. Could've happened with extreme weather or pressure changes. When I fully opened the jar, it was obvious it had been spoiled because of the bad odour.It is important, as with any jarred food product, to make certain that it *pops* when twisting off the jar lid. In this case it didn't because it lost it's vacuum seal as you can see in the attached photo. I fully opened it the moment it arrived and the product's content had already came into the inner sides of the lid also indicating a broken vacuum.The exchange process is different, must speak with Amazon to get an Amazon credit, which Amazon promptly did. Instead of taking a risk of getting another damaged jar, I opted to order ISHA tea instead of which I'm happy with.I'll likely re-order this product directly from ISHA.
