Fiance has been on a curry kick, but to be honest she had only tried the bland americanized versions of curry dishes and had recently complained that the tika masala simmer sauce (from Aldi) was too mild.So I made a dish with this stuff, and I went all in whole 4oz can in with about 250ml of coconut water over vegetables and chicken with coconut rice.In her frantic words after trying it "this is not white people curry!" Followed by a bunch of expletives.Honestly it's great curry with a solid spice that maintains a good heat and excellent flavor.So if you know someone who likes hot curry or thinks they do, have them try this!
