One of my specialties is Japanese foods and regular American Mayonnaise just doesn't cut it for authentic Japanese cuisine.I have been using Kewpie brand Japanese Mayonnaise for many years, and am thankful that I only have to go to Amazon to purchase and resupply. This 3-pack deal is the best I've seen yet, and makes the mayo very inexpensive compared to single unit purchase.Kewpie Mayonnaise has a more umami flavoiing and tartness than Western Mayonnaise. The only caveat is that people who are sensitive to MSG (monosodium glutamate) may want to avoid it. Otherwise it is essential for authentically tasting Japanese recipes...like Japanese potato salad.SInce this is a separate Amazon offering, I am happy to once again rate this product with a very HIGH FIVE STARS and my thanks to Amazon for carrying this necessary product!
