UPDATE: Amazon no longer has a decent 12 pak price.I really like hot & sour soup. This one is very tasty, easy to make, and on Amazon (12 packets) a very good price. I even use the microwave if I decide to leave out the egg. But it is great with the egg and very quick on the stovetop. For extra protein I sometimes add 2 eggs instead of one. Follow package directions carefully for best results when adding egg(s). **Since my first review this item is no longer prime and the price has increased... UPDATE..Yeah!!! is PRIME AGAIN!!!.... that said, still less expensive than off grocery shelf in spite of a shipping cost now, and very tasty.
