Absolutely wonderful. I was scared it wouldn’t taste anything like the “Houy Fong Foods” sriracha, but I am so glad I tried this, for other options purposes. It tastes almost 100% like the original, but it is a tad spicier, like another reviewer mentioned. But other than that, great substitute. I can handle the spice. Very nice heat. Nice flavor. Great all around and I highly recommend, and would buy again. Thx !
