I’ve tried making stir fry from my Asian mom and I need so many different sauces and spices. I tried this kimmoman stir fry sauce and it’s close to the flavor I was trying to get without all the hassle. Works great with chicken or beef stir fry.Quick weeknight dinner- fresh chicken breast cut into bite pieces and sliced onion. Stir fry in pan. Add sauce. Sti fry some more. Until chicken is cooked. Add pre cut broccoli (my grocery store has packaged fresh broccoli florets.) Add to pan Pour in 1/8 cup water to steam up broccoli. Stir some more. Put frozen pre cooked rice in microwave. Serve stir fry over rice.Of course I have a rice cooker and a hundred other ingredients but this gets the family fed fast.
