I've tried several other brands of Katsu sauce and this is by far my favorite.I know some people don't like the flavor, but the trick is good meat and light sauce. It's not meant to smother anything, simply compliment it. There's a lot of Worcestershire sauce in it which gives it the unique flavor.My favorite is a country fried steak on top of fine shredded cabbage, drizzled with this sauce. It's great with breaded pork chop the same way too!Mixed with some American BBQ sauce adds a bit of bite and a unique dipping sauce for steak fries or nuggets.
