I've been enjoying this brand of chili oil for three decades and every jar has been the same. And when it comes to chili oil that is a good thing, not a bad one. You can take chili oil and try to improve on it by adding this or that ingredients. More or less, and to more or less success. But at the end of the day, a consumer most likely comes back to this. It's a "why try anything else" kind of product when it comes to flavor, heat, versatility, consistent quality, and good value.
