Soooo gooooood! 🤤Boil: 2 cups chicken broth, 1lb chicken breast, 1 serrano chili, 1 carrot. Add 1 can coconut milk bring to low boil. Add 1/2 red bell, shiitake mushrooms. Off heat add 1t fish sauce, 1 lime juice, bunch cilantro leaves, 2 stalks scallion. Superior than take out and way cheaper/super quick. 😋
