I'm a half Chinese half Vietnamese who grew up in Vietnam, and besides sandwiches and noodles, we are also famous for our coffee. We are the world's 2nd largest coffee exporter and one of our signature coffee drink at a restaurant is "bạc siễu", or Silver Coffee, due to the shade of the coffee after it is finished.It is very simple - with our own Vietnamese-made coffee, add condensed milk inside (typically this exact brand and product here) until it is about 1/3 or 1/4 of the amount of black coffee (depending on how sweet you want it to be), stir then add ice and done. It becomes a silvery/browny shade depending on how much you add and that is how it got its name and it tastes damn amazing.My grandmother used to make me these every morning, and now that I am a grown man, I make it myself every morning.I have tried several other brands of condensed milk but none of them tastes quite like the same as this one does. Perhaps it is nostalgia or what I am used to, but I like this one the best. The taste of this one's sweetness is unlike any other.
