Of all the brands of instant miso that I have tried this reduced sodium version by Marukome is by far the best I've tasted. I add about 9 ounce of boiled water and the result is as good as it gets, not too salty and perfect amounts of seasonings. This is very close to restaurant quality with a minimum of effort, I like that the miso is not in powder form and how the seaweed, scallions, etc. re-hydrate very well. Glad there are 32 servings to this bag, will surely reorder when finished.
