I like this miso. It's not available locally, so I was glad to find it. It has a very nice, mild flavor, and makes wonderful soup, as well as sauces, salad dressings, and other Asian-themed foods. I also like the larger package. The price is a little high, but since, as I mentioned, I cannot get it locally at any price, I'm okay with it. I'm not thrilled with the packaging, but it arrived intact, and since I store it in a glass jar anyway, the flimsy packaging is not a deal-breaker. I'll buy this product again.
