50 of them ! all the flavors are so good! I am a POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) patient— so i need more sodium than most people! in each packet there is at least 800 mg sodium, which is GREAT for me. if I eat this first thing in the morning with some water it helps a lot! :) i was looking for something easy to eat in the morning with lots of sodium so ochazuke is perfect!
