I've been using Neuro mints (and previously, Neuro gum) since 2018 when I met the founders and they gave me a sample. I've been a customer ever since. The caffeine is extremely well balanced with B vitamins and L theanine.A couple months ago I had a cup of coffee and, although it had less caffeine than I often consume via these mints, I felt so jittery! These mints give really nice energy without the negative effects of caffeine -- including withdrawal! If I don't have any mints for a few days, I don't find myself uncomfortable. They often help me when I'm really tired in the afternoon. If I feel a headache coming on, sometimes they can help me avert the headache. And they taste amazing.
