Pico Pica is the next best thing to home made. It's been a family favorite for 40+ years. This isn't like Cholula, or Tapatillo... this has boatloads of flavor. Not simply chile heat with vinegar; but a bouquet of garlic, cumin, and other spices in addition to a blend of chiles. It's really well rounded, robust, and utterly scrumptious.This will top a taco like nobody's business... but it's a real favorite over any style of eggs. Goes great with machaca, chicken, ground beef, enchiladas, and much more. That refried bean & cheese burrito is BEGGING for Pico Pica! Guaranteed.Listen, I can't make you try it... but I'm telling you, you're missing out. This stuff is legit. It's not overly hot either, the spice accentuates the flavor. It's not a trade off.
