Since our closest Indian market closed (and it was 40 minutes away), I have not had a reliable source of Indian spices. I like the Rajah brand and have used their spices for years. The 100g tins are a convenient size - not too large, not too small - and they stack well in our pantry. Tandoori Masala spice mix is a flavorful curry blend without being "hot" - it is actually quite mild.
