Very pleased with this black pepper. Taste excellent.We intended to store it in a 5-gallon bucket, but the 25 lb bag is too large to fit in one bucket. It turns out the 25 lb bag WILL fit in a 5-gallong bucket, but it's very tight and you have to allow time (24-36 hours) for the contents to settle. Eventually you'll be able to get the lid to fit, so all's well.Because this is such a fine grind, a very slight amount of pepper sifts through the shipping bag inside the cardboard carton, so the Amazon external carton, the Rani cardboard carton, and of course the closed Rani bag containing the pepper all have a fairly strong pepper odor--AS EXPECTED WITH THIS FINE GRIND.This is no big deal, but be aware. Also, be very careful opening the Rani bag as it's easy to make a mess and then you REALLY have a strong black pepper odor (ask me how I know).Highly recommended.
