Lovely product. We use this millet flour to make East African porridge since we can't easily find the real thing anywhere close to us. This works just like the real thing except it isn't roasted before making the flour. Otherwise, it is a great substitute, just requires a longer boil time and more flour used but not too much. Tastes great too. We have also never had an issue with the seller and have been using them for a very long time now, so very consistent so far.
