I have ordered this before and it makes wonderfuly flavored sauces when added, especially in Japanese dishes. This larger sized tube lasts me a long time because a small amount has the right amount of "heat" for me (it can open up your sinuses in no time!). Anybody who eats sushi knows the unique flavor and taste of Wasabi. I also mix it with soy sauce for dipping crab or shrimp, or add it to shrimp fried rice.
