Recent User Experience

First and foremost for my needs, besides being excellent, this soup mix is Gluten Free! As is, this mix makes a wonderful miso style soup with tiny pieces of freeze dried tofu and scallions. NOT obnoxiously salty. Note that my wife and I use the mix with a good chicken broth instead of water.I "doctor" the mix with extra diced fresh tofu, a bit of vinegar and either Sesame oil (if shared with my wife) or Chinese "Hot" Oil (if for me). This makes MY equivalent of OO or Hot and Sour Soup. The Sanjay Base is SUPER for this purpose.
