Some how my order couldn't be filled and was lost. It happens in life. The 5 stars are for the taste of this Mexican hot sauce. I was able to find the extra hot (which isn't really that hot, but NO VINEGAR and (yes) 3 different peppers. It's great on rice, beans, taco's, burritos, etc. Very Authentic flavors. The Arbol, Cascabel and the Puya peppers are used are a beautiful combination . It's not watery at all and doesn't over-power the taste of the food itself. (Even though Amazon and the Shipper didn't" come through ) I found it in 16 oz. bottles at alegrofoods.com for $3.57 a bottle. And the shipping was very reasonable. The reason I'm writing this is because almost all hot sauces use VINEGAR (YUCK!) and the same darn red pepper. It's because of the Flavors that poured out of this bottle. Now that I found this new gem. San Louis is my go to Salsa Picante hot sauce.Started in 1968, so almost 50 years in business, now I know why.
