This stuff right here... I don't understand what happens to it, but one week is the longest I've ever been able to keep it aroun. Typically its three days... then, *POOF* Gone!Honestly it's delicious. India makes the absolute best mango puree in the world, hands down. I've tried all the others... that was a waste of money.
