Dragon well, also known as long-gin or lung-ching, is a green tea that is considered one of china's famous teas. It was mentioned by lu yu (733-804 a. D. ) In his extensive thesis on tea, titled the "the classic of tea". Dragon well leaves are pan fried instead of steamed to stop the fermentation process. The tea is steeped from good quality leaves and has a yellow-green color, pure aroma, and fresh and rich flavor with a pleasant after taste. Green tea contains vitamin c, many amino acids, and among teas, the highest concentration catechins. Whether you are at work or at play, this tea is perfect for any occasion. Like other green teas, dragon well is an unfermented tea. The water used to steep dragon well should be about 160℉ or 70℃ to prevent scalding the leaves. The brewing way of this dragon well green tea is tea bag. Available in boxes of 50 bags. To prepare green tea, let the water come to a boil and then let it cool for five minutes before pouring over the tea. For the tea bag, remove the bag after steeping for just over a minute. The bag can be used for a second brewing, but the taste is still strong.

Recent User Experience

It’s really smells like dragon well. Just like Dragon well, it takes a couple of steeps second steep being best. Make sure you use other than 180° water. Make sure you don’t keep it too long otherwise it will get bitter. One minute is enough for the first s steep. A little longer for the second one third is getting a little bit late, so I am sometimes skipping that, but it requires warmer water and longer steep. This will not replace good quality dragon well tea, but for work and on the run, actually it’s acceptable. Delicious.
