I've taken Turmeric for the last 20 years. I started taking it for a vicious sciatic nerve injury, but immediately noticed the erosions in my intestinal walls weren't putting me in a living hell. I started taking a few heaping table spoons by putting it in a bottle of water and drinking it over the next 30 to 45 minutes. It turns out that Turmeric is great at preventing cortisol production and eliminating that which does get made.This turmeric is a very fine powder, pungent taste as it should have and just a hint of hot spice to it vaguely like pepper; that means it's good and strong! I've had some turmeric in the past that was gritty from a big shot brand referencing the night sky, and it was useless.I'm glad I trusted the reviews because this stuff is high quality relative to what I've been used to from Gel Spices for the last 20 years. When my aunt died a few years ago, my resource went with her, RIP.
