I am completely new to this Jamun juice. A friend recommended it and I didn’t know what to expect. It has a generally sour flavor and isn’t sweet like any blackberry I’ve ever enjoyed. However, one takes it for the health benefits which are numerous. I am not the biggest fan of the preservatives that it brings, but these are identified clearly in the product listing, so I won’t complain about those. I just want others to know they’re there.The bottle comes with a little cup for measuring out 2 tablespoons conveniently. It seems to be a little easier to drink when it’s cold out of the refrigerator and one should refrigerate after it has been opened. Nevertheless, the flavor isn’t horrible, it just isn’t a pleasure to drink either. Since I’ve had no other, I can’t comment on the quality other than to say this one tastes rather fresh to me. It does seem to be easy on my stomach and digestive system, so that’s good.
