I was apprehensive because I read a review about the product being nasty and like poop. I saw that after I purchased it and I said well I will give it a try. The verdict , it is really good and tasty. I am used to dehydrated mushrooms and the key is just hydrate it properly. I put warm water in the mushrooms left it about 15 minutes and it looked like a fresh Shitake mushroom. Yes it is smaller than I am use used to but the taste made up for it . I am glad I bought 2 because it not available now. I am sure to buy it again and I recommend buying it.
